another day, another matcha! this past year i have grown to love matcha oh so much. i know it’s trending & everything but it really deserves the hype.
i haven’t cut coffee out entirely (#myfirstlove) but i love switching between matcha & coffee. coffee gives me a quick burst of energy where as matcha gives me a steady energetic flow, without any jitters.
some benefits of matcha include:
high in antioxidants
improves mental focus + clarity
good for hair skin + nails!
contains an amino acid known as L-Theanine which promotes the production of alpha waves in the brain
induces relaxation without the inherent drowsiness caused by other “downers"
alright so there you have it! it took me a few times of drinking matcha to like it, but now i’ve got my recipe down to a science. here’s how you can make this creamy, delicious matcha latte!

everyday matcha recipe:
〰 6oz of hot water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
〰 6oz of warmed milk (almond, oat, or cashew milk works!)
〰 1tsp mizuba tea co matcha!
〰 2 scoops vital proteins collagen
〰 1 tbsp coconut buttah ✨
〰 1/2 tsp moon juice chaga ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
〰 tiny bit of organic maple syrup 🌲
👉🏼 combine everything in a blender & blend on high for 1 min & pour the tastiest, frothiest goodness into your fave ceramic mug 😋
