it’s already time for another favorite things roundup! these monthly posts really make me aware of how fast time goes lol
1 / sheepskin rug
this is the coziest, largest sheepskin rug i’ve ever seen! the big area rug in our living room was getting so gross from so much daily wear, so i said BYEEE AREA RUGS 4EVER & switched it out with this one. i’ve been loooving the change. so good especially for littles that play on the floor because it’s a comfy spot for them to sit! our exact one is out of stock, but this link is to virtually the same one!
2 / kids quilted set
always trying to find the best kids pajamas & comfy sets for fostie (&you guys). this one definitely fits the bill! i love the japanese kimono flare to it 👌 i dress foster in it as a normal outfit but it could totally double as PJs too.
3 / kosas lip oil
a new favorite! can you believe i bought YET another lip oil/balm? 😆 suuuper moisturizing, & kosas is an all-natural brand. i got the color ‘dip’ (described as a neutral pearly nude!), & i love it so much!
4 / wool clogs
if you’ve been watching my stories, you know i am absolutely LIVING in these clogs. i wear them every single day. as comf as slippers yet they’re real shoes ;) sizes & colors are selling out fast, but there’s a handful available still!
5 / babs!
if you haven’t started following instagram’s grandma yet - you NEED to. babs is so charming & fun, & also has a new cookbook/party book out that i got for myself + a bunch of friends for christmas!
6 / goumi long sweater
goumi is one of my fave brands, guys. for baby, toddler, & adult stuff. this long sweater has been an absolute staple for me for the past 2 winters. two of the colors look pretty similar, but here’s how goumi describes the difference: cascades is more true cream and warmer than shell, shell is more gray and cooler and has only clay speckles vs cascade has green, gold and red speckles. i love them both tbh - & am considering snagging that beautiful brown as well :) plusss they’re on final sale aka very discounted - use my code ABIGAIL for an extra 15% off!
7 / kitchenaid speckled bread bowl
i use this bowl for everyyyything with my kitchenaid. WE LOVE A SPECKLE 👏 it’s multipurpose so you can mix, proof AND bake bread it in it. but i use it for every other thing you’d use your kitchenaid for too - like whipped cream, shredded chicken, etc.
8 / kids bookshelf
we grabbed this for foster’s books recently, & i do not know why it took me so long. before this her books were just piled messily in a basket. now she’s able to slide books in & out without a problem, & you can still see at least part of most of books so kiddos can easily pick out the one they want.
9 / simplified winter trio
every season young living comes out with a new essential oil trio with brand new blends, & this season is absolutely my fave yet! candy cane, winter spa, & pink champagne - you will be obsessed. everyone is.
10 / ice cube tray
one of my favorite party tricks is to make floral ice cubes - they instantly make any drink feel fancier. i make them in this simple ice cube tray; just add some edible flowers (rose & lavender are both beautiful options!) to the water & freeze. you can also use these to make coffee ice cubes with leftover coffee or freeze pesto or bone broth in them.
